How many days a week should I work cardio into my routine? I used to do 20-30mins on the stationary bike before every workout, which would make my workouts about 1.5hrs long. Nowadays, I workout before work and I only have 45mins-1hr, and so for the last 8ish months I've cut cardio due to the time constraint. But I'd like to add it back in somehow since in this time I've gained a good amount of weight that I'm not a fan of - but I'm not sure how to do this effectively?

Should I try to incorporate 10-15mins of really intense cardio every workout (4x per week) and cut my weights routine or is it better to have one dedicated day (out of 4) for strictly cardio and maybe do a 5min warm-up on the other days?
