I'm lovin' the grain of salt. Thanks for taking the time!

Not that you need more work to do, but on the quiet days, one thing you might consider is going back 2 years, and looking at /r/bitcoin.

Here's the archive.org display of /r/bitcoin snapshots that they have. As you can see, it's hit or miss as to whether it's archived.

For example, March 12 is the only day in March that was archived. After March, they have lots of archives.

On that day, 2 years ago (from next week), here are some highlights:

18,162 readers of /r/bitcoin, 210 online.

Some interesting things from /r/bitcoin homepage March 12, 2013 (which is a little different than what you are currently reporting - you report on the comments, but these are the /r/bitcoin page):

(+63) ZeroHedge Article on The Demographics of Bitcoin - reddit discussion

(+55) Chris Duane: Bitcoin Public Enemy #1. - reddit discussion (side note, for those of you who wonder who the really heavy nay-sayers are in these threads, just check this one out. A guy who is hugely invested in silver. Can't imagine why he might not want a commodity popping up which has gold-like characteristics, but is better than gold in some aspects.)

People mentioned:
Max Keiser, Chris Duane, Tom Woods, Erik Voorhees, Jeffrey Tucker, J. Orlin Grabbe.

Man, this process takes forever... not sure how you dedicate yourself to A Grain of Salt every day! I can assure you, I won't be doing this process, so if anyone wants to take it, feel free (in April, when there's some history.)
