Daily Discussion Thread: 02/27/2020

read through rules & I /think/ this is within them, so forgive me in advance if this doesn’t fit posting criteria, but I moved suddenly a few months ago & am sort of lost in the sauce/can’t reconnect with my old trainer/wanting to try lifting on my own as I attempt to get back on track to train to compete in wellness.

IG not super helpful atpm as many competitors don’t seem to have “raw” starting points—& by that I mean they all appear to have been smaller women attempting to get larger.
