Yeah, it's a basic physique...not even close to peak. That's "gym bro who's trained for like a year, and does okay" shape.

It's just that he probably was DYEL before he started, and was that just 5 weeks later, that makes people assume.

I saw a youtube video with the guy who trained Bradley Cooper for American Sniper and he said he went from 170lbs to 220lbs in 3 months, and went from not being able to DL 1 plate to DL'ing 4 plate (which he did in a scene in the movie with real weight)...it's obviously super achievable natty to DL 4 plate as a chubby 220lbs, but to make that jump in just 3 months?

Again, these guys have no money limit, so I just assume they always do because of the tough time constraints.
