Thanks. Yea, that's what I thought. I've taken anatomy courses so even on a brosplit, you're not just hitting a body part once a week. For example, say on your brosplit you bench on chest day, you are hitting you are also hitting your pectoralis, triceps, and deltoid. If your brosplit also has a shoulder day, you're recruiting the triceps, deltoid, and pectoralis AGAIN with just the OHP. Most of the bros also have an arm day where you are hitting triceps again. That's at least 3x a week right there. Plus, it seems easier to be more consistent on this type of routine. I don't think most people on these forums have a background in the movements of muscle groups i.e. the triceps extends the shoulder and forearm and adducts your arm.

Can you please send me your routine with the exercises you do and the reps/sets? I understand it in theory, but people never give the specific exercises they actually do. =P
