So I have this glass mug I bought a long ass time ago and I always fill it up to certain points with powdered creamer and sugar before instant coffee. I decided to whip out my scale today just to see how much I put in it 1-3x a day.

Covered the readout with my hand and poured the individual stuff in.

17 g of sugar 20 g of creamer

66 Kcal of sugar 100 Kcal of creamer

166 Kcal for a mug of this stuff if had 1x a day
x2 332 Kcal
x5 500 Kcal (498 actual)

I've got a stupid high TDEE but this can't be healthy in any regard. Jfc. I got a big ass bag of lokanto and another sugar alcohol syrup that tastes dead on like sugar but I'm too lazy to ever use them.

I'm going to make a moka coffee later tonight and going to see how much sugar I use in that because I know I use much more. FML
