So there is this 14 year old kid in the gym who always train with 2 of his buds . He is probably lifting for longer then his buds cuz he has some beginner gains .

I am at the triceps pulldown and on my last set I was engaging a bit of extra muscles besides triceps and make it a kind of jackhammer like exercise for fun . This kid is like watching me all the time, like he is correcting his buddies 24/7 while not training himself ( for good reason their form was awfull )

But then he interrupts me mid set while I’m wearing a giant like noise cancelling headphone aka I don’t want to talk to anyone pump my music and work out .

Telling me I should keep my elbows locked and stiff af to engage my triceps more . Proceeds to act like athlean x when I’m already putting my headphone back on basically a fck off leave me be . Then he is standing there watching me and proceeds to do triceps pushdowns on the opposite side to show .

Fck mate unasked advice can be the most annoying thing ever . If I want to do semi jackhammers I fcking do it like that . If I want to engage my biceps on lat pull-ups I fcking engage my biceps .

I am not walking up to him when he is ego benchpressing 2 reps with a suicide grip as well .
