Need help

Is it even possible to put together that kind of program ? To hit the major bodymuscles twice a week ? like Back, Chest, Shoulders, Arms, Legs and ABS or is it just too much?

I'm seeking to build muscle, so I've read that it's prefered to hit the same muscle twice a week, but I don't want to evolve on some muscle groups so thats why I've gone full body.

I wan't to work out 4 times a week, so I can get restperiods in between so im thinking something like:

e.g.

[MONDAY] DAY OFF

[TUESDAY] CHEST, SHOLDER, TRICEPS and ABS

[WEDNESDAY] BACK, BICEPS and ABS

[THURSDAY] DAY OFF

[FRIDAY] DAY OFF

[SATURDAY] BACK, BICEPS, ABS and LEGS

[SUNDAY] CHEST, SHOLDER and TRICEPS

Approximately 13 sets a day og 8-12 reps pr. set with a rest time of 45 sec.

I've put legs excersises on purpose on those days because I've read somewhere that it's good to do excersises after a legday, since it helps boos your homones throughout the body, so thats why I've switched them like that.

Also on purpose I've put two of the days on the weekend as thats where my spare time lies the most. Mainly on workdays I'm tired so I want to hit the gym as little as possible on workdays, thats why my plan look how it does.

WHat do you guys think ?
