How to optimally cut?
Im looking for some precise info regarding a conservative cut. I'm not prepping for a show. I just want to get lean around 8-9% after a lean bulk cycle. By optimisation I mean keep as much muscle as possible and have a diet that is mentally manageable.
My main questions are:
What should I do drug-wise to reduce as much as possible but remain anti-catabolic with calorie deficit. (I don't want to keep blasting after a 10 week bulk cycle)
What does an ideal carb cycle look like and how does it co-ordinate with trading days?
How to create a calorie deficit diet plan. Ie. How many cals to reduce by each week
