Daily Discussion Thread

Ive been super anxious lately and Im really struggling to show up to the gym and be “perceived”. It really doesn’t help that Im living at home so my gym is filled with a bunch of people I knew from high school and their parents. I feel like I had made so much progress with my social anxiety over the last few years and then covid went and reversed a ton of it.

But more positively I did buy two 10ib dumbbells and have been doing a few 20min dumbbell workouts a week so at least I know my muscle isn’t wasting away.

And! A month or so ago I did a pole dancing class with my best friend and I didn’t cry or have a panic attack which js what normally happens. (Helps that it was just us and the instructor, but still, I was fully prepared to have a break down in the middle of the class)
