so now there are stipulations? plenty of countries currently need the covid vaccine that also have struggles paying for medicine, have corruption, broken supply chains, or can't manufacture it on their own.

i notice you ignored the most important one, we have a strategic reserve of oil just in case even though we know good and well there are often people who need it all across the globe (even in the US) yet the reserve remains for worst case scenarios, so why should the vaccine be different?

probably for the same reason we all keep an extra pack of toilet paper in our closet, just in case of emergency. so no, it's not a gotcha, it just proves there is inconsistency and saying that we should sell one thing but hoard another is just as unethical as hoarding the other thing and selling something else.
