It’s definitely going to take some time for people to get over this. My mother has been fully vaccinated since maybe April 20th or so. We drove to Chickfila not long ago and the lady outside handing us our food didn’t have a mask on and while she was trying to hand us our food, my mother hurriedly put on her mask and I had to grab the food from the passenger. I had to kindly remind her that she wasn’t going to get corona from a brief food hand over. She also went to my grandmother/ grandfather’s, both also fully vaccinated, masked up. Even my grandmother and grandfather mentioned that she didn’t need a mask at that point. I’m gonna give her time to accustom to a normal way of living again, but it’s a little sad seeing how much this pandemic has affected people mentally/risk assessment wise
