So after making some of the best trades of my life (luckiest) I opened my first (thank god small) short at 8950 just trying to scalp to BART. Had a loser which I'm not salty about it made me realize something...

I've made a butt ton of money (being a mega bull at 6500) and was losing sight that I have already won a big part of this battle and it wasn't due to my "skill" rather it was due to my luck.

BTC at 9.3k is actually the largest notional value of crypto I've ever had (again made some great trades on the way back up) and I'm taking a LOT of sugar off of the table.

Do I think BTC is only going to continue to go up in the long term? Yes. I think BTC is a wonderful/evolutionary asset that the world is still only beginning to grasp. Potentially even revolutionary...

I'm I short/medium term bullish? Yes... Breaking 9k and hodling is a very bullish sign IMO (especially given what the public can do if we break certain key resistance points, right now the public is paying attention to Trump and Coachella).

I am not a psychic though and one small loss after a few weeks of perfect calls was enough to bring me down to earth. I actually now will be looking to make a real estate investment to truly lock in these gains for life (turns out there is a property I have been eye-ing for a while that isn't in striking distance now).

Things are truly looking good right now boys, I still have a HODL/Trading stack and will keep my long bias. So either way it is a win because I'll make a crap ton more if the bull market returns. If it doesn't though I will thank my lucky stars I was able to make so much money in the past year.

God speed, I'll still be here but I just feel so good at this moment I had to at least share my honest feelings. Knowing my I'll delete this in a few. I feel blessed to be this young and start a solid base for my future. This market can now do no harm to me.

Expect it to go up because I sold out for a couple hundred thousand... :).
