If you are familiar with Point & Figure, formations (such as double tops, triple tops, catapults, etc) create buy and sell signals as boxes fill. In the case of double tops, when the formation signals a double top, it is a bullish formation. When the formation advances to the next box above a double top, it is a buy signal. Once the formation advances past the double top, it is a confirmation signal to buy the breakout.

Much like every other TA that is known to humankind, the signals on the chart must be taken into context with the bias of the market, other indicators, etc. which is why I stated it was a false buy signal later.

Since I'm sensing snark in the statement - got any original TA you'd like to share, or is this just a desperate need for some attention as you cherry pick statements and projectile vomit obscure innuendo from the cheap seats in a bid for relevance?
