Daily Fasting Check-in!

been doing 16:8 for two weeks. 18:6 these past couple days because I haven't felt as hungry. 1400 calories

not using a scale but Ive definitely seen improvements physically and mentally. I struggled at first with not having snacks after dinner and not having sugary drinks especially because I like to stress eat, but after the first week it got a lot easier to the point where I don't feel as hungry as I used to, I eat more slowly, and have more energy. Cravings I used to have (chips, fastfood, koolaid) are still a struggle but working through them. I'm hoping for more improvements with rebuilding my relationship with food and that these eating habits stick with me.
