Already did that a few months ago during a one-on-one chat with my supervisor. To be fair, I was definitely under-compensated for my role and experience and hadn't had more than a 2.5% COL raise in a few years. So I approached it more along the lines of asking for an adjustment based on current market rate for my role, experience, and tenure at the company, rather than mentioning inflation. Fortunately my supervisor was able to get the okay from corporate leadership and within two months of our initial chat I got a ~20% pay bump. It's probably still a bit less than they'd pay someone new if they had to fill my role, but it's way better than where I was at before.
