I do think it's possible if you're highly skilled and willing to live extremely frugally.

I pulled salary data from levels.fyi, which has a pretty reliable breakdown of salary data at top tech companies. The average total compensation for entry-level software engineers at top tech companies (Google, FB, Microsoft, etc.) is over $170,000 per year.

Lmao. I mean, yes, possible in the strictest definition of the word, but kind of bizarre to make out like it's a common scenario.
