Strangeness in France.
Four months suspended prison sentence are required Wednesday June 16 by the prosecution of Saint-Gaudens against the former spokesperson for Generation Identity, Thaïs d'Escufon, for "public insults".
Against the spokesperson for the movement, Anne-Thaïs du Tertre d'Escoeuffant, known as Thaïs d'Escufon, a 21-year-old student from Toulouse, the prosecutor retained an offense of insults. The magistrate explained that the young woman had " stigmatized " the migrants in a video published on January 21, saying that it was " scandalous that a migrant could cross the border ".
Comments which characterize " this border crossing as a danger, it is a speculation on the concept of danger whereas nothing is argued ". " We wanted to continue with forceps because, in view of the media fury it was too much provocation ," said the lawyer for the two defendants, Me Pierre-Vincent Lambert.
