Ok fair enough I genuinely understand the argument I just think in this case the balance of expectation is reasonable. You are not coerced to take the jab but the jab has been proven to provide stronger antibodies than just recovering and is an easy way to ensure everyvody is treated to a certain standard.

If you really don't want to, you have to take a test. My chance of getting covid is dramatically reduced and it's easy to verify, yours isn't.

Life has all these sorts of trades and I think this is relatively minor. You need a passport to go abroad if you choose not to buy one you can't, you need insurance to drive a car and some people get shafted way more than others depending on their characteristics and personal choice etc.

I don't think asking you to take a test for leisure travel or show you've been vaccinated is that much state encroachment tbh and this comes from a person very, very, very fed up of lockdown and this whole circus.
