am I being a whinny bitch...?

Short: So I yolo'd at work, over feelings of righteous indignation over pay. I was given a 3000 dollars raise, to my 50000 salary. Last years take home with bonus was 68000 before taxes. I said I wanted 70,000 salary and 10,000 minimum bonus. More details below....

I work at a family owned business that makes home level and light commercial gym equipment. When I started there three years ago, I accepted less than 13 dollars an hour, with benefits paid for, and a year end bonus, that first year it was 6000. It was my first job after college, that's why I accepted something so low, even though I have a mechanical engineering degree. I also like working with the gym equipment.

Now it's the third year and i'm at a salary of 50,000, paid benefits, and got a year end bonus of 18000 at the end of December. They gave me a 3000 dollars raise on my salary, but for all the time and various things I do. It doesn't seem like enough. I also don't like how my actual take home is a mystery until I got my year end bonus.

so are my expectations too high? Is 68000 before taxes a good rate for me and my degree?

List of all the things I do or touch on: PD, R&D, patent review, supervising a team of testers that are either testing new equipment or reworking inventory that has a factory error (QC and QA), directing and reviewing work from a team of people in Asia that work with the factories which make our products, creating and writing instruction manuals for the products, prepare details for the marketing department for when a product is ready to launch, go to photo shoots of new products so I can make sure they get every feature shot, and clean the bathroom... oh and just last week I put together a list of all the products that will come out this year... there's 80 ish. I'll admit a bunch of those are holdovers from last year, they are just starting to arrive. So I'll just it down to 65 thing to get done thins year.
