Looking for some general-purpose IEMs.

My biggest concerns are fit & durability; I have pretty small ears, and will probably have these on my person for 10+ hours most days.

Isolation: more is better. These will definitely be worn in noisy public scenarios.

My previous headphone experience isn't really much to speak of; currently I own a pair of HD598's that I use for gaming and KSC75's that I honestly prefer to the 598's for most music. My last phone had a broken headphone jack, and right now my mobile headphones/"headphones" are the crappy earbuds that came with my Galaxy S7.

Sources will be a Samsung Galaxy S7 & onboard PC audio, for now. I had a Fiio E10K, but it decided to stop working a couple of weeks ago & wasn't exactly portable anyways.

Sound signature: I'd prefer a slight v-shape, but anything that isn't totally skewed towards one end of the equalizer is fine. My music tastes shift around a bit (might spend a week listening exclusively to one sub-sub-genre), but are pretty pedestrian aside from that. Some rock, some metal, some classical . . . jpop/kpop once in a blue moon.
