With enough patience, you can get most everything you need to max her even after the event is over.

To save yourself some headaches, focus on the job memories for her dual gunner job - that's what's time limited right now. The new event quests have those at the various colors. If you don't get them all when this event is over, you can use faceless memories to cover those yellow and pink ones (not sure about green, blue, and purple).

Also, getting her shards while you can is great too since the time needed to max by hard quests alone is kinda insane. You'll need 600 total shards for limit break 5, which means at 2 a day from hard quests you'll need 300 days(!!) to max.
