You're not going to have much success by sharing your stories here. The doubt will stop you. Unfortunately the prerequisite for doing telekinesis or any other arcane skill, is belief in your ability. This includes other people's belief as well, as we are all connected.

I recommend looking up the term morphic resonance and developing an intuitive understanding of this concept firstly.

People's doubt on this forum will negatively impact your results, even if you're not entirely aware of that influence.

That being said, notes are a good idea, I'd simply recommend keeping them private, if you're taking this seriously that is.
