Has the government published a report on the vaccine clot events?

As someone only recently 30 with OCD and anxiety issues I'm a tad apprehensive, but pretty willing to have any vaccine.

What I want to know is, when is the risk? If I have the vaccine and have no reaction after 15 minutes, am I all good? Or can the clots happen weeks later? I think my mental health would be strained if I have to spend 12 weeks wondering if it'll get me.

Also very frustrating that I'm the only person I know in my situation. It's easy for friends to say "just take the vaccine you're given" when they've all had the choice made for them. Trying to discuss my uneasiness seems to come off as anti-vax.
