Daily Q&A, Discussion, Owner Experience, and Support Thread - September 06

Bought a new MS and picked it up Friday. On Sunday warning lights came on and the car would not turn on and had to be towed back to the service station.

Now it is Tuesday. No word from Tesla. I have been calling all day and have left messages. No one has answered the phone and I don’t know what is going on with the car. I am getting increasingly angry and seriously considering returning the car since I am within the 7 day trial period but I can’t even get in touch with anyone to do that.

The customer service for these cars is atrocious. Does anyone have any ideas on ways I can get this sorted out? Has anyone ever gotten a phone call through to the Cincinnati service center? Please help.
