Daily Q&A Post for Friday, 04 January 2019 - No question too small!

I worked very hard over the course of a year to get to a lower bmi and overshot to about 18. I see a dietitian and they had me gain, which I accepted since I was having issues like anemia. But I just gained a little too much as far as aesthetics go

However, before I started working out I had a bmi of 22. I felt that this was way too high, and I am below this, but it was technically healthy I guess. I know set point is bullshit but with my appetite I usually end up around 116-120 lbs and I have to work very hard to go lower (or higher. My highest was unusual due to a lot of life stressors). I just feel like I have no excuse NOT to weigh less you know? Because I am capable and I did look a little better.
