Daily Q&A Post for Friday, 05 April 2019 - No question too small!

Been cutting for 4months and lost about 23lbs. Thought I was close to the final hurdle but then after posting my physique on Reddit I realised that I am in fact 25% bodyfat.

This triggered my feelings of worthlessness yesterday evening.

I will likely have to cut for another 4months :/

I am 69kg at 5’8

Is cutting 8months straight healthy? My deficit is high as I am getting in 1500 calories while lifting weights 6x a week

Also how to stop feeling so down? Feeling like a failure? If I was fat with no lifting experience I wouldn’t mind but I feel like a monumental failure because I have been lifting weights in the gym for 3 years and I have no muscle and I am fat
