Daily Question Thread - February 08, 2018

I referred my wife to a Delta Amex and she hasn't gotten the bonus points yet. This was back in October. She spent $3000+ the first 2 months so she should have gotten the bonus points. She called 9 weeks ago to ask why and they said they'd do an investigation that would take 6-8 weeks. The lady on the phone said she didn't know if delta was running that promo then so they'd look in to it. She has a copy of the referral email that I sent her that she applied from but they said we couldn't email it to them. She's never had her own Amex but has been added as a user on my account and her parent's account like 10 years ago. Any ideas or suggestions? Thanks
