Disclaimer that I'm obviously not an expert and there is necessarily a bit of speculation here, although, to the best of my knowledge, this is the most accurate answer I can give based on currently available info:

Southfront says that the Tiger Forces are roughly a thousand men overall. Traditionally that size of unit would be commanded by a colonel, but both because of its elite status and because the SAA honestly does kind of have a thing for rank inflation its commanded by a brigadier general, the next step up.

Sorry to disappoint but specifics of things like numbers seem to be impossible to find (there's a good chance that they're purposefully secret), but there are most likely three or four colonels under Suheil with each commanding several hundred men, and majors most likely commanding up to a hundred.
