You seem to suffer from a fairly prominent case of "sway back" (posture problem. Try looking it up) so your side shot fit of the suit makes it look oversized on you. When it's probably because your upper back is more tilted backwards than your lower back.

Your suit arms are wrinkling in your default arm position (looks like your arm scythe is more forward). The suits arm scythe assumes that your arms should be rolled more to the back if that makes sense. Basically to test this out, try moving your shoulders until the suit doesn't wrinkle and that's the ideal arm position the suit is meant to accommodate. No, you can't alter this.

The shoulder has rumples so it might be a teeny bit too tight of a fit. It looks like it ends close enough to your shoulder blades so good enough for a hand me down I guess.

In the first few pics, there doesn't seem to be enough extra fabric in the underarms to accommodate wider range of motion, but that's usually the case for most suits.

The buttoning points of the suit are creating too much wrinkling. It could be too tight on you. This might be alterable if there's seam allowance. Easy and cheap enough of an alteration.

Chest looks alright. No issues there visually speaking.

Tldr; you have body quirks that are harder for rtw to address. The suit is tight on your shoulders and waist. Hard 3-button is an old school style if that matters to you. Most people won't know anyway
