I have a job interview this week at a software company that counts its "always casual dress code" as a perk of employment, which means I'm in panic mode about dressing appropriately for the interview. I'm going for a business casual outfit that looks composed and thoughtful but not completely out of place in their casual office. I bought these pants and I have a pair of red flats to wear with them, but none of my tops seem to work with the pants. I'm just looking for suggestions for what kind of top would make sense with this outfit--none of my looser tops looks good with the high waisted pants so I'm thinking something more form fitting on top. I know I want 1/2 or 3/4 sleeves but beyond that I'm not sure what colors/patterns would make sense. Thanks!
