Honestly, I would not describe the look you linked to on instagram as too feminine. It's feminine for sure, but really not over the top by any means. It looks like a lot of fit and flare dresses, or fitted tops + flared skirts, which is probably a good strategy since those skirts are really easy to fit into comfortably. To find skirts like that, look for skater or pleated skirts, and then you only have to make sure they fit your waist! That's usually the narrowest part of your body, or else wherever you'd like it to sit.

Olivia wears a lot of fitted to tight t-shirts in solid colors, which you should also have a pretty easy time finding, especially if you have more narrow shoulders. Bit stretchy, ribbed tees can also help if your shoulders are a little wider. Target and everywhere has tons of these. I would suggest taking a range of sizes in and seeing which feels best, remembering that just because you can technically wear a shirt, doesn't mean it fits!
