If you were you just mashing '1' on BRD

90% of what you do is Heavy Shot. You apply and maintain dots, use straight shot for the buff, and use refulgent when it procs. Other than that... you're just mashing Heavy Shot and waiting for procs. I don't know how it works now, but that's what you did in SB. The songs didn't really add much in the way of interesting gameplay.

The long GCD is also not very relevant when you are weaving 1 or 2 abilities in between spells

I'd agree with you if any OGCDs had less than 15 second CDs (and most of them are 30s or more). You have little bursts of weaving, then you go back to the slow rotation. Is there a class that weaves constantly now?
