You can also exchange for a weapon (depending on if you're awakening/succession) so you can caphras stone it to reach an ap bracket if necessary. If you're planning to get the blackstar equivalent instead, it's probably not worth exchanging for that weapon.

Issue with weapon is I will get the weapon of the class I'm playing now, right? Which is Archer, but I'm not actually sure I want to play Archer long term, so I was considering just getting an armor or something safer that works on more than just 1 character.

For the accessory i'd choose the ring for the extra AP, which would be the same stats as a TET Crescent ring. the earring is equivalent to a TET narc earring which is cheaper than a crescent (last time i checked), but if you're full PEN tuvala with nothing else, you'd probably want more AP over more DP anyway first so you can grind faster.
