I only did hp pot since I was getting eaten alive at Naga's. The blue pot is really only needed if your class really needs it. I didn't bother since I main guardian awakened and getting the gathering piece is really annoying. There is a relatively weekly quest for the pity pieces you can do though to make it less of a pain.

The Jetina Pen accessory is seperate from the Magnus quest. The Pen accssory does take awhile, they recently halved the requirement for it though. The magnus quest isn't time gated, but it is a rather long quest to do that you can spend a day or two doing.

Red nose over dim because dim takes an extra 3b in caphras to get to caphra level 10, which is important because you aren't going to keep rednose, you transform it into a fallen god armor once you get to C10 with it
