So I actually ended up asking. I don't think the LC is corrupt at all. They GM and other officers actually take the least amount of loot.

However, I do think they are making wrong decisions. When I asked about the rejuv gem, the GM told me the LC voted for him to have it, but he feels bad taking loot sometimes on big items. So he decided to have 4 healers roll on it. The Druid other then myself who just won cauterizing band was allowed to roll because of how much he contributes to the guild bank. But this doesn't make sense because the LC main priority supposedly is to give items that will maximize the raids performance. And I've been one of the top 3 healers since we've been running BWL.

So I basically wasn't allowed to roll because I've already won pure elementium band. But rejuv gem is such a huge upgrade, the GM should have either taken it because he won the vote or all healers should have rolled imo.

The other two healers probably deserved to roll, but overall it was a bad decision imo. If I'm already questioning the LC like this so early into BWL, it makes me worry about what'll happen in AQ40 and Naxx. I dono, maybe I should just find a guild that does EPGP or DKP instead...
