this hand fucking blew my mind.

what i had this hand doesn't matter, the only relevance is that i opened the hand.

2/5, I have everyone covered. I open to 35 after 2-3 limpers from mid position, get 3 callers. first caller is older asian reg, 2nd caller is good asian reg, third caller is like a first time poker player, barely has any idea what's going on, is in seat 1 next to the dealer. Let me emphasize, he is DEFINITELY a newbie, he never knows when it's his action and he always has to be informed by the dealer when someone else bets.

Flop is KT7, with the K being a club and the other two being spades.

Asian fish in seat 1 donks for 100. I flat. MP flats. Good player flats on the button. $540 in the pot.

Turn is 4s, completing front door spade draw. Checks to MP, he bets 270, btn folds, asian fish in seat 1 calls, I fold. $1180 in the pot now.

River is 2s. Asian fish jams for ~350. MP reg is tanking. After a minute, he turns over his hand to try to get a read on seat 1. He has JQss, third nuts. He has not said anything or touched his chips. After 10 seconds, asian fish says "you're good" and motions to muck his cards. His cards are literally 1 inch from the muck when the dealer puts his hand over it and stops him from mucking, and then informs seat 1 that the other player has not acted yet. When the fish says "you're good" seat 2, seat 3(me), and seat 4 involuntarily react. Seat 2 nearly chokes on his water, I put my head down to laugh silently, and seat 4 audibly goes "what the fuck..."

Seat 5 then folds. Dealer pushes the pot to seat 1, he tips the dealer $25.
