Share ko lang, my work friends are complaining sa GC namin how the company is unfairly compensating everyone daw kasi yung isa kong work friend has access sa lahat ng compensation namin and she saw that our HR manager na batchmate ko and sabay ko din pumasok ng company with no prior work experience like me daw is earning 79k monthly kahit totally unqualified naman daw sa role.

Can't barely do her tasks daw and palaging pinapasa sa work friend ko yung supposedly work niya dapat. Ang work friend ko pa daw yung nagpaprocess ng papers for the vaccination of employees when she should be doing it instead daw.

If that's true, then damn 79k is too much but idk why I'm not really that bothered. I'm just literally leaving them on seen.

TLDR; Work friends are complaining over a workmate who's overly compensated.
