Daily reminder to ungrit your teeth

And if you're starting to wreck your teeth and do $$$ amounts of damage then consider getting botox before it gets into an amount of damage you won't ever be able to afford to fix. I got botox 3 times (from my dentist) and on top of taking all the swelling down and letting my jaw heal, it allowed me to learn better posture for my mouth. Even my teeth spread out to where they naturally should be because I was clenching that hard. Your teeth shouldn't fit together like puzzle pieces like that.

It also taught me how to keep my jaw relaxed because before that I had no idea how to. It was essentially locked. I couldn't even get my teeth cleaned at the dentist because I couldn't open my mouth for them without horrible pain. They said they had never seen massater muscles so big before.

Especially when I was asleep there was no way to get me to stop. I would bite through night guards. Everything was just way too swollen and my body was reacting to it in muscle spasms throughout the night that made it worse. I was trapped in this horrible loop.

The amount of migraines I have, have gone way down even though I haven't had botox in over a year. If the clenching and migraines ever gets bad again I would do it again. Your dentist can also give you a discount if your case is bad, because they consider it a medically necessary procedure and not plastic surgery, so your price won't be calculated by ml like normal botox.
