Firstly I have been lerking here for a while with the odd post and love how supportive and helpful everyone is.

I tried temping but it became very stressful for me and I had to stop for my own mental health. I would estimate (via period tracker) that I would be about 7-8dpo) and have been spotting for the past three days (day 1 brown, day 2 brown then reddish brown and then pale red drops on TP, and this morning if is back to brown). I have never in my life had spotting outside the tail end of AF and you ladies have said that Implantation Bleeding is not really a thing. Also I check EOD my cervical position and it has remained High and more firm than I have ever felt it (think bouncy ball firmness)

Question 1 - is it possible to have AF arrive 7 days early?

Question 2 - u/devbio said in an earlier post that spotting mid cycle is caused by progesterone drops. What are some reasons that could cause this to happen?

Question 3 - could family dramas that cause stress be a cause for me to spot? As the drama started just before the spotting.
