Daily Simple Questions 15 September 2019 - Basic Questions Come Here!


Anyone have any suggestions for squat-rack squat substitutes? I've just started starting strength, but the squat rack is ALWAYS jammed at my gym. Want to work the same muscles, and continue with a linear progression. I did kettlebell squats last time, but the kettlebells max out at around 31.8 kilograms, which is a starting squat for me (as in, that's my beginning weight, I should go up to 80 next time).
