Daily Simple Questions Thread - September 27, 2018

Super noob here. I’ve been lurking for a while but never done any real research or anything like that. So what is “cut” and “bulk” and how do I get where I want to be compared to where I’m at now? Height: 6’1” Weight: 195lbs Age: 21 I’d say I’m in the skinny fat category. I’ve tried working out with a friend and started to get into better shape but he got a new job and our schedules don’t work out anymore but I want to continue getting in shape. I guess the reason I’m asking is I play volleyball a few times a week and I want to play for my college team. I really want to get into good shape and finally take fitness seriously. Goal weight around 210 or 215
