Hi. Sorry if this is a stupid question or is easily answered from the wiki - while I have done a fair bit of reading through it it's quite overwhelming and difficult to read. I'm 52kg and about 170cm tall looking to bulk up.

Is this good? If so how often can I do it because I understand that some workouts you can only do (productively) every few days. Also should I lighten the workout and aim for 3 completions or heighten it and aim for just the 1. Please let me know if I need to provide more information / have not been specific enough.
