Daily Simple Questions Thread - December 19, 2018

So to give a quick intro I'm a 19 year old male, started going to the gym this September back from a two year hiatus. I'm 5'9'' and when I started I weighed 147 lbs so obviously I decided to go on a bulk on this programme https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/comments/37ylk5/a_linear_progression_based_ppl_program_for/ .

3 months later I weight about 170lbs and look like this https://imgur.com/a/4C1mx4c . My initial goal when starting the bulk was to get to around 200lbs before cutting but I think I may have been a little too lenient with my diet. I consume about 4000cal a day with the only macro I'm measuring being protein (170g per day). I'm just worried when I get to 200lbs my composition will consist of too much fat to cut down to a reasonable bodyweight while still looking muscular (not skinny). I'm just wondering would it be sensible to 1) plough on get to 200lbs then cut with no diet change 2) change my diet and continue to bulk but pay more attention to fat intake or 3) go on a mini cut.

My strength is still pretty terrible but stats based on 5 rep working sets = bench-75kg, deadlift-140kg, squat-100kg.
