Planning on following a basic 5 day brosplit:
Day 1: Chest/abs.
Day 2: Back.
Day 3: Off.
Day 4: Shoulders/abs.
Day 5: Legs.
Day 6: Arms/abs.
Day 7: Off.
I will mostly be doing very high volume high rep stuff with one exception. I want to do strength training on the OHP. How would you recommend fitting that into this split? I was thinking doing a 5x5 of ohp on shoulder day, but ideally would want to ohp more than once per week.
Should I move arm day to day 7 and start it with another 5x5 of ohp? My only worry was that I may then burn out my shoulders a bit for chest day. Will not be natty for this and will also be in a ~3-4000cal surplus if that makes a difference.
