Is it possible that my TDEE is higher than I think? I've been trying to cut for a while, but it's been a real struggle (constantly thinking about food, and extremely lethargic throughout the day). I can't get an accurate read from tracking it in Excel, because I keep slipping up and binge eating.

I was wondering if it was possible that my TDEE is high enough that under eating has led to binge eating, but based on everything I've read it seems very unlikely.

For reference, I've been trying to cut at 2,500 calories. I'm a 6'3 190 lb. guy, I do nSuns 5 days a week, run 18-20 miles on the weekend, and usually get a little over 20,000 steps a day.

The issue is, for my TDEE to be high enough to explain this, calculators have me between a hard laborer, and professional athlete, but I have a desk job. Is the likelier explanation that I'm just weak willed?
