Daily Simple Questions Thread - September 07, 2019

I want to adopt a permanent healthy diet. From today, this is what I will eat everyday:

Breakfast:

1 cup of tea (~400ml) with 3.5 teaspoons of sugar.

2 large fried eggs with 1 piece of sausage cut over it.

Brunch:

23 pieces of almonds (1 serving)

1 raw tomato

A bag of Parsley (this much)

1 banana

Dinner:

2-3 small breasts of chicken

Supper:

Maybe a bowl of oatmeal every now and then with some sugar and almonds over it.

Questions:

  1. What modifications/additions should I add to this list? (please keep the foods simple, nothing exotic)
  2. How much calories is in this?
  3. Is it healthy?
