Should I replace my squats with something else, since everytime I do them I have lower back pain. And the reason I have that is probably because I think I have anterior pelvic tilt. I switched from low bar to high bar so maybe my back wouldn't hurt to so much but it didn't help at all. Once my back got sore from squats or deadlifts I don't really remember like 2 months ago and my lower back was sore/hurt to 2 weeks after that. Even if I only take the bar with some weight like let's say 100kg and hold it only and not do any squats my lower back still hurts a LOT.

Should I let my lower back rest and do something like hack squats for a few weeks maybe or less if the pain goes away. And maybe try to fix my anterior pelvic tilt somehow which is probably causing this pain, I just don't know how to fix it.
