Daily Simple Questions Thread - January 10, 2020

My deadlift form is fucking awful, and I'd prefer not to put myself into a wheelchair any earlier than I have to. Form breaks down even worse at close to 1rm, but I was too ashamed to post that even on a throwaway account.

3 sets at 225, 1rm at 505 but with my form being the way it is that's honestly a fake number that I'm just holding onto because it's over 500 and the crowning achievement of my life. What am I doing wrong (mechanically, I know I'm rounding the everloving fuck out of my lower back and not pulling enough with my legs but I have no idea what to do about it), and how do you think I can fix it? I usually use a belt for higher weights and straps when grip becomes difficult >450. Thanks.
