Daily Simple Questions Thread - February 15, 2020

My current condition: Out of Breath after 50 meter sprint. My right upper body muscles have faily normal mass but left side is just non existent. So theres a considerable amount of muscle imbalance.

Height: 168cm Weight: 67kg (I am skinny fat). Starting weight: 76kg (I lost it by just cutting out junk food and sodas with moderate walking and sports). Goal weight: 65kgs if I put on some muscle or 58kgs if I dont.

I want to start working out and build some cardio stamina. I would like to keep my workout routines to bodyweight exercises. What kind of routine should I start with to better the imbalance? Will I need weights at start?

Also if anybody knows some good free programs, let me know.
